This is especially true if you tried installing TGUI using the command `bun install` rather than a build step. The result would be these node modules folders which didn't get cleaned up by normal bin\clean. This PR adds those to ensure they get cleaned up, too. + I fixed some biome/typescript errors in build, but it works the same <!-- Describe The Pull Request.
