## About The Pull Request

Very minor PR for a very minor feature, the health assembly lets you see
your current HP % with the stat panel. This replaces that with maptext.

## Why It's Good For The Game

More player-visible taken out of the panel, and compliments
https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/pull/95383 well if the stat panel
is to become an optional thing.
