* Fixes weird allowed items in wintercoat

* Removes repeated allowed items in wintercoats

* Basic Labcoats can't hold batons anymore

* Fix mistake on heads wintercoats

* Fix me almost giving batons to all doctors again

* Fix the same issue with RD now

* Fixes some oddities on wintercoats and labcoats allowed items.
