* Cyborgs reboot board tweaks

- Cyborgs now play the "I LIVE AGAIN" noise when rebooted, to give a
little bit of audio feedback.
- We use the grab_ghost() proc, because it's standardised.

* Only play the sound if the cyborg has a mind
