Reduces chrystarfish fall chance by half

Fixed a bug that caused predator fish to give the aquarium pet message
when out of it and vice versa

Fixed flumpulus message having no span

Dolphish now chomp you if you try to pet them

They fell off too fast in practice despite the chance bein tiny idk
