## About The Pull Request
Bald embracers, rejoice. /s

Baldness and lack of facial hair are two separate traits, meaning one
shouldn't prevent the growth of the other, except that's currently not
the case with (concentrated) barber aid.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Takes care of a small oversight of some sort.
