## About The Pull Request Blueprints now use a TGUI panel instead of the old HTML one. Also did general code improvement and maintaining to blueprints in general and also destroyed the ``areaeditor`` level, repathing it to just 'blueprints'. Also adds a sound when you look at structural data cause why not Video demonstration: https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation/assets/53777086/861773fd-3d57-472d-bc94-d67b0d4f1dbd The 4 blueprint types:  ## Why It's Good For The Game Another HTML menu dead underground. This is more responsive and doesn't require constant updating to see which area you're in, feels less OOC (instead of saying "the blueprints say", just say it, you ARE the blueprints).
