Added a new logging system that can be used for various things in the game (such as the singularity engine, AI interactions, anything-else that may be suggested to me :P).

singularity.dm
removes a spawn() from the singularity consume proc that was causing runtimes. I think it also makes the singularity less laggy? Or maybe it's just a placebo effect.
