* Restores AI controller for wisdom cow (#65229)

When wisdom cows were swapped to a basic mob, it looks like whoever coded them forgot to give the wisdom cows their AI controller. I fixed that up so now they should spout their bullshit again.
Why It's Good For The Game

Spams the chat like it's suppposed to
