## About The Pull Request

Swaps the blue and amber alert sounds.

## Why It's Good For The Game

The current amber sound was originally the blue sound on servers like
citadel, in part because of it's more subdued. Current blue is too loud
and attention grabbing for blue and really belongs on amber.
