* Instant Runoff Voting!

This adds the game code required for voting IRV style

* Fixes votes not working for non-admins

* spans and databases

* this is a silly commit, you should never go here again.

* That explains why some people couldn't drag until they re-opened the page.

* Prevent window focus fuckary with voting.
