* Fixes new chaplains not being able to change sect after the old one cryos

* Lets the chaplain reset everything related to the previous chaplain's religious choices

* fixes issue where if a chaplain tries to change the sect too quickly after the old one left they might still temporarily see the old chaplain's sect

* actually fixes the issue the previous commit was aiming to fix now for real

* oh my glob. third time is the charm? this is where the reference we want to make null is actually stored

* Some last minute code trimming

* comment clarity
