SkyratBot 5d0c4cdcc3 [MIRROR] Enables 515 tests [MDB IGNORE] (#17725)
* Enables 515 tests (#71473)

Random gc failures seem to be gone and savefile compatibility working in
515.1596. So let's try enabling this.
