* Adds new debug verb for highlighting roundstart ATs

Debug -> Debug Verbs enable
then
Mapping -> Show roundstart AT markers

Will highlight AT turfs, for easier location and comprehension rather
than looking at the list of coords. List of coords still works fine
though.
