SmArtKar 3b8ab52e3e Fixes MOD hypospray using incorrect fill sprites (#84875) ...

## About The Pull Request

After the syringe resprite their fill sprites no longer fit MOD hypos,
so I added proper fill textures for them.
Closes #81469

## Why It's Good For The Game

Current ones look jank and are going outside of the hypo
