The Supermatter Crystal no longer causes blind people to get hallucinations. The SM causes hallucinations based on eyesight, which is why eye protection (meson glasses) can protect you from it. It makes sense that those who can't see don't get affected by the hallucinations. It makes the mechanics more consistent. It also adds interesting situations, like if you can't find meson goggles, a blindfold will do in a pinch.
