Separate BLOCK_Z_FALL flag to BLOCK_Z_OUT_DOWN, BLOCK_Z_OUT_UP, BLOCK_Z_IN_DOWN, BLOCK_Z_IN_UP

* Propertly Z blocking for catwalk

Catwalk block z falling and uplifting from below

* Walkable lattice

Now lattice can support spaceman

* Replace BLOCK_Z_FALL flag
