tralezab 0d34a1cbce IAA now properly removes martyrdom when you reinstate escape objectives (#58689) 
fixes #58610 (IAA suffering, multiple copies of the same objective)

Escape > martyrdom removed escape,

martyrdom > escape didn't remove martyrdom.
