* Pyrosium reactions sets temperature & causes reactions inside holder (#80176)

## About The Pull Request
- Fixes #79933

Now uses `expose_temperature()` to heat the holder by 10 kelvin each
step. Also uses `expose_temperature()` to change temperature to 20
kelvin when pyrosium is first made.
