* Cyborgs can no longer hand mine snow turfs with non-mining modules (#65344) - Attacking a mineral turf with an object not suitable for mining no longer hand mines it - Makes hand mining for cyborgs work off attack_robot() instead because it's useful for them to have on Ice Box if they fall through the floor and isn't very powerful because it takes fifteen seconds per turf - Hand mining no longer references hands because cyborgs don't have them * Cyborgs can no longer hand mine snow turfs with non-mining modules Co-authored-by: cacogen <25089914+cacogen@users.noreply.github.com>
