## About The Pull Request Removes a bunch of sound files that we don't use and moves some sound files into better locations. I'm hoping to get an archive repo for sounds going, much like the [map_depot](https://github.com/tgstation/map_depot) and [SS13-sprites](https://github.com/tgstation/SS13-sprites).
