* Fixes emitter icons and prototype emitter (#80994) ## About The Pull Request Fixes emitter prototype button being unreachable because it makes you immobile upon buckling to it, but requires you to be mobile to use. Fixes emitter prototype's open icon state being invisible Fixes emitters reverting icon state despite having an open panel ## Why It's Good For The Game Prototype emitters being broken and invisible was brought to my attention in discord, I found the last bug accidentally so fixed that one too.
