* Make minor code improvements to bronx parasite bars (#59483)
- Stops ghosts from making causing ingame effects by examining the South
Bronx Parasite bar.
- Stops the examining messages from appearing out of order (don't use
`to_chat()` in examine procs).
- Uses named arguments for ForceContractDisease()
