* fix stupid "this forces us to do things the """right""" way" bullshit from python 3.11 (#79783)

This is likely not the best way to go about this, but i do not want us
to capitulate to python3's nanny state, suffocating levels of propriety
bullshit.

venv sucks and i fucking hate it.
