* Fix blastcannon typo. Hopefully fix blastwave phasing.

* Fix projectile phasing on direct target

* Should unspaghetti sniper bullet var definitions

* Makes phasing rounds phase

* Preserve original behavior of sniper rounds

* Miscellaneous projectile phasing fixes/tweaks + fixes a typo in the blastcannon projectile.
