## About The Pull Request
I think you werent supposed to recycle a mysterious ass core for
miniscule 0.52 worth of sheets, so this PR fixes that by removing
materials from the anomaly cores!

## Why It's Good For The Game
Imagine this: you defuse an anomaly, expect to use the anomaly core for
scientific stuff and then:
