Ssalty 55b9fe287e Heretic flavour: Epilogues [Port from Yog] (#2967 )

## About The Pull Request

Currently: Heretics removed, heretics rare, you do your thing, you die,
you get nothing. Sad.
With this PR?: No matter WHAT you do, you get a cool little tidbit of
lore text and flavour just for you, oh specialest little antag in the
world. Because it's nice and fun and the cultsim nerds can rejoice.

HOWEVER, this DOES add back the function for heretics to have greentext!
I do not know the implications of them having greentext, but I think it
is probably harmless.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Cool flavour epilogues for heretics are cool and make cultsim nerds
point their finger at the roundend report and open their mouths so the
main consument of heretic is happier even if they die.

And crewmembers? Well uh you can read the cool flavourtext too!
