The tritium fire radiation range and threshold was getting treated as if 10 times the tritium was getting burned.

The energy threshold required to release radiation was 10 times higher (or getting treated as if there were 10 times less tritium getting burned).

Fixes those, and I am stupid. GBP no update, since I should've included those in the original PR (and I caused one of them).
