## About The Pull Request

Only intentionally and in melee range, it wont splash when thrown

## Why It's Good For The Game

Gives it more possible reagent interactions then just spraying 1 unit.
Also splashing something from the flower is going to be more sovl or
smth than just splashing from a glass
