Roryl-c c3f6db0942 Fix RPG Titles Runechat Offset (#73443) ...

## About The Pull Request
Fixes the terribly unreadable situation with RPG titles overlapping with
offset runechat messages.
Also fixes some offset issues for larger mobs with this event enabled.
