## About The Pull Request
This makes the roundstart ping happen at the end of the previous round,
giving everyone more time to prepare.

## Why It's Good For The Game
More time to get ready for a new round!

## Proof Of Testing
I physically cannot test this but it should work. It compiles with no
errors!
