Tested fully but there might be funny issues (who knows).

## About The Pull Request

The rarity of maintenance loot in trash piles (structure) is at least
uncommon.
Adds funny searching effects to maintenance loot.
Generally improves the performance and code of trash piles.

## Why It's Good For The Game

Trash piles were pretty useless because of my maint loot PR. This PR
makes them better. Also better code is good.
