Fixes a harddel caused by the limp status effect not being properly
deleted

Reduces update-body calls in:
- Initialize from 4 to 1
- On z-level change from 2 to 1
- On move with bloody shoes from 1 to 0

Mostly by just passing along the proper argument and removing seemingly
unnecessary update body calls
