## About The Pull Request ~~This adds a new test for the CI/CD so that we can load all space ruins instead of it being RNG.~~ Adds more robust logging for ruins so we can see when they fail/succeed and how many are placed on a map. This also removes a deprecated CI config setting. It prevented ALL ruins from spawning during CI tests which is bad.
