Tim 065eb27f9b Cleanup 1 letter var names in martial arts files (#74723) ...

## About The Pull Request
Cleans up var names `A` and `D` to be `attacker` and `defender`. The
same for `I` to be `held_item`.

## Why It's Good For The Game
Less illegible code is good.
