* Adds the top secret room to centcom, the final destination of players who manage to cosign themselves to nullspace.

Said room is an homage to a room that served a similar purpose in the legend of zelda.

* Follow up issues pull:
for loop optimization
game logging
spelling errors

* more info for admin message
