## About The Pull Request

Adds a new option for "snaggletooth" type snouts. These have visible
top-jaw teeth sticking out over the bottom jaw.
## Why It's Good For The Game

Having a snout with visible jagged teeth is a good option for reptilian
characters, especially for dragon and crocodile-type looks.
