Okay, so leaving the clone body growing, but only assigning the clone's
mind when it's finished growing causes a whole host of unrelated bugs.

So now, when a clone starts growing, the person's mind and client
immediately occupies it.

Then, we let them "dream" (return them to deadchat), while they are
growing.

This fixes multipods growing the same clone multiple times with
autoprocess, stops people being podcloned and then pulled back to a
freshly grown. Probably other things.
