4062f81f20 Fixes #7910
Partial port from vgstation.

Notable differences:
handle_regular_hud_updates() is called anytime view is reset, instead of
just from the cancel camera verb.  check_eye() now returns the vision
flags to be set on the viewer.  Moved cameraFollow to silicon. Camera
consoles now call reset_view explicitly when they want to change a mob's
view, instead of leaving it as a side effect of check_eye()

3b3f23e502 Useless lights galore, adding small/colorful lights:
Lamps (old-looking ones), flares now have different color from usual flashlight.
Lit cigs give 0.25 power light - just enough to stand out in full darkness.
Candles are colored too.
Different colors for different camera consoles instead of SUPER RED for everyone.

b98461c2af Station alarm monitor changes.
Replaces a couple of station alarm monitors with variants that display all alerts; fire, atmospherics, power, camera and motion rather than just the first 3.
Adds a basic station alarm monitor on the engineering outpost.

After optimization it used 0.443 Total CPU/Self CPU on 223 calls.

6d1614cb7a Updates bots to be mobs. Several changes.
General:
Bots are now /mob/living/bot. They support player control fully. Just in
case an admin feels like letting a ghost take control of beepsky or
something.
Since they are bots, spooders and whatnot will attack them.
They now don't need an open panel to be emagged.
Spawns replaced with do_after, meaning that they will stop
injecting/cleaning/repairing/arresting if pulled away.

Medbot:
Emagger is added to ignore list.
Will now inject spaceacilin regardeless of disease type and level.
Previously: only if disease was past stage 1 or airbone.

Cleanbot:
Patrolling rewritten. They now find a closest beacon, and go to the NEXT
beacon after the closest one.
They will not wiggle out when pulled.
They will now ignore (for a while) the gibs they make if odd button is
pressed.
They will now freely claim cleanables. Previously, they would not target
ones targeted by other bots.

Floorbot:
This was a helluva buggy one.
They will now build bridges (but still won't do random repairs) in space
area.
They will now build bridges even if the tile directly next to them in
that direction is tiled.
They will now ignore for a while a tile they can't reach. This is to
stop them from hopelessly targeting tiles under grilles for upgrades and
getting stuck.
They will now slowly (200 ticks for a tile) build new tiles on their
own.
They will now preserve tile's icon when repairing it like a player
would.
They will now place first rods, then tile when fixing space breaches.
Rod costs two tiles.
When emagged, they will first always tear off the tile, then will (over
triple the normal amount of time) breach the tile to space. There are
noticeable warnings for both actions.

Secbot:
Will no longer run away to patrol when panel is open.
Now deals stamina damage instead of instastuns.
Small delay between approaching the target and stunning them.
Laserbots axed.
Removed their weird EMP act.
Will no longer stun lying people, just cuff.
They will also demand surrenderring (lying down) before smacking you. If
target moves, or 5 seconds pass, it will attack.

Farmbot:
It's alive!
It has settings to: water trays, refill its own water, uproot weeds, add
nutriment (ammonia, internal synthesizer), collect produce, and remove
dead plants.

24fe95933e Area/Camera network refactor - Part 3
Renames areas for more logical order in alarm consoles and other locations.
Begins dividing the cameras into separate networks instead of being dumped into SS13. Changes c-tags to ensure related cameras are sorted together.
Engineering/Outpost/Solars updated this run.

Fixes #8727.

e37c5c22d4 Refactors NanoUI interaction (again)
Takes NanoUI interaction code and splits it into more manageable modules.

The default handler that checks distances, camera coverage, etc., etc.
Admin NanoUI windows now only check for admin rights, ignoring sight, distance, and anything else.
ERT/mercenary appearance changer now remains open for as long as the mob remains on the admin Z-level.
PDAs and uplinks now require that you keep the item somewhere in your main inventory (or contents to be precise). Hands or ears are fine, inside bags are not.
Rig suits also check that they are in the operator's inventory or that the synthetic operator is somewhere within the suit's contents (recursively).

aeb0af8a7f Emergency shuttle delay feedback correction.
The emergency shuttle now states that the max refuel is 10 minutes rather than 100 minutes.

4e2769710b Initial Newmalf port
- Ports TSA Newmalf code.
- Complete overhaul of Malfunction. New modular abilities, 12 of which are in game by default.
- Adds AI hardware. AI may have only one piece and it gives unique boost in certain area (turrets strength, secondary power supply, etc.)
- Adds hardware drivers - these abilities control AI's hardware such as the APU power supply or self destruct explosives.
- Station overtake was changed to "hack all APCs" ability instead. When completed self-destruct is unlocked. Timer for station self destruct increased to 2 minutes. AI may activate/deactivate the self destruct at will.

Please bear in mind this is only INITIAL COMMIT. More commits are to follow. Minimal player count is now set to 1 but will be 2 when finished.
