062a092cfe Refactors how armor works. It's now less of a dice roll, but still retains some randomness. This makes weaker armor worth using, and stronger armor not godlike.
Also fixes a bug with the auto shotgun causing runtimes.

539e9fba9a Changes here (https://github.com/Baystation12/Baystation12/pull/11446) were made when adding some sort of hacking tool.
I don't believe we have these changes, but I do know that our UI for AI doesn't currently work(see #328).
A few of the changes made in the linked Baystation Dev change fix our current UI issues. I'll leave it up to Neerti to decide whether we want to work out and pull what's necessary for the hacking tool, but for now this contains the single changes which appear to fix the bug.

- Entertainment monitors now properly hang on walls.
- Screwdriver added for IKEA floorlights in bar.
- IAA camera properly secured to wall.
- Ore boxes added to mining outpost.
- Paper bin added to chapel.
- AI core interior door and blast door button with proper access
- oxygen tank added to security voidsuit in armory.
- Hazard stripes fixed in medical.
- Asteroid dug tiles should be fixed.
- More carp added and carp spawns to both mining/research outpost and main station.
- Phoron line in atmospherics brought back into OSHA compliance.
- End of docks have cameras now.
- Visitor area properly fixed with cameras.
- Radios fixed in the visitors lounge.
- Tables added underneath computers in the library.
- Missing pipe leading to air tank in atmospherics fixed.
- Fixed lockdowns so they are not see through.
- Engineering breakroom disposals properly piped.
- Air alarm added to both medical maintenance areas, EVA maint, and engineering starboard maint.
- Included which dock the transfer and evacuation shuttles will be docking at in their announcement texts.

87c54986da Adds the groundwork to define many, many places in the lore in-game. This could have several applications and help bring the fluff in-game.
Places added:
Sol, needs lots of love.
Tau Ceti, needs more love.
Tajara, Skrell, and Unathi home systems.  Taj needs to be finished.
Nyx, and Vir.

31e3bd29cc Refactors holiday system slightly. It's now a list based system, so you can have multiple holidays on the same day, in case you wanted to do that.
Removes the dumb Holidays.
Adds more real life and fictional holidays, and adds a blurb for all of them.

2200bfe436 Map tweaks.
Adds a couple of decals to the Thunderdome.
Rotates sleepers/scanners on z-level 1 and 2. Had already done so for z-level 5. Fixes #11058.
Full tile windows no longer appear to exist? Replaces the glass on the toxin test site with reinforced glass spawners.

5bf7158c9d Non-headset/borg radios now all allow access to department channels. Headset and borg radios still rely on their encryption keys.

31702c626d Comments out the Geneticist job so that it doesn't appear in the preferences. Given that it doesn't work in any way, has 0 slots, and nobody's overhauling it any time soon (probably), I don't see the point in having it available in the preferences screen - that's just confusing. 2015-11-22 11:26:15 +00:00

331e12b304 Reduces the loadout points from 15 to 10. We can see where we go from there, but I think we all agree that 15 was just a large number chosen for testing and is probably a little ridiculous, but we want higher than 5 - hence 10. 2015-11-22 11:02:59 +00:00
