9841414da6 Adds Toggles to Revert to Legacy Door Sounds and Enable Department Doors 
Self-explanatory.

Adds toggle to go back to the old-school SS13 legacy airlock sounds, including the glass windoor airlock sounds, and a toggle to disable the per-department door sounds, which some found jarring/unrealistic.

If Per-Department sounds are disabled, the department doors will use hall1o/c for open/close respectively, following maintainer-requested behavior for these doors.

This also relocates the following sounds to be inside machines/door for more consistency:
- airlock.ogg
- airlockclose.ogg
- airlockforced.ogg
- airlock_creaking.ogg
- boltsup.ogg
- boltsdown.ogg
- blastdoorclose.ogg
- blastdooropen.ogg
- windowdoor.ogg

116f532169 Several mice tweaks, mainly: 
Uncommented out the mice pull_size and mob_pull - this fixes mice pulling lockers and shit.
Reduced mouse spawn time by half, since mice are nerfed now to not be able to pull large shit. (As they shouldn't be able to.)
Merged/incorporated file from https://github.com/VOREStation/VOREStation/pull/5709 - his was simple_animal, I moved it to simple_mob. All credits for changes in mouse_vr.dm go to them.

Small Fixes:
Added a little extra comment to the mice examine text. <3
Fixed the "Observe" Spawn timer - it originally said 5 minutes, fixed it to show the "actual" respawn time - 60 seconds.

afc0d67f21 [WIP] Expedition Sub-department 
- Moves explorer job roles from their respective departments into an Exploration sub-department
- CHAIN OF COMMAND WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
- ACCESS WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
Note: Pathfinder's minimum access is getting tweaked, in case minimum access ever gets used.

This is a purely clerical change that is being done for two reasons.
1: To enable off duty exploration role, important for the upcoming timeclock PR. The upcoming timeclock functionality will cause difficulties for expedition roles, due to, at present, being in a wide variety of different departments.
2: Generally, explorer roles in other departments tended to create confusion, as people would ask (or even demand) those roles to do station-side duties, even if their access (or lack thereof) made it impossible.

* Renaming local var 'machines' to avoid confusion with the global var of same name.

* Delete the unused process scheduler machinery.dm file.  Long since replaced with SSmachines

* Split and clarify global lists of processing vs non-processing machinery.

- Renamed the list of processing machinery from "machines" to "processing_machines"
- Added new global list "machines" to be a list of all machines.
- Since nearly every reference to machines actually wanted to iterate over all machines anyway, this works out great.

d71a610a97 Adds Missing Ceiling Overlay + Fixes Space on Roof 
On Multi-Z compatible maps, if a tile is missing a ceiling (IE there is an open space above it), it will display an overlay to show this. This makes it easier to know where the hole in the ceiling is without having to go to the ceiling. Overlay sprite by Mechoid.
Also fixes space tiles appearing when meteors/explosions/other fun things occur on the Southern Cross map instead of open space.
