Adds toolspeed var, which is a multiplier on how 'fast' the tool works. 0.5 means it goes twice as fast.
Adds usesound var, which determines what sound is used when a tool is being used.
Changes a lot of code to use those two vars instead.
Adds 'ayyy' tools, which are ported from /tg/'s abductor gamemode. They're currently admin only but I might make them obtainable by xenoarch later.
Adds powertools, also from /tg/. CE starts with them in a new toolbelt that spawns in their locker, ported from (you guessed it) /tg/.
Changes welder sprites to look nicer, ported yet again from /tg/. Modified the blue welder slightly so it can be the electric welder sprite.
Adds various sounds from /tg/, for tools and welders.
* Changes navbeacons to no longer use radios (Doing so was slower and didn't really help anything) Note: var/freq remains for mapping compatibility until all maps are updated.
* Fixes navbeacons to actually hide under flooring if you put plating over them.
* Changed how navbeacons are mapped in. Don't use the picky "code_txt" variable, instead use appropriate subtype.
* Made useful reusable subtypes so you don't have to code in a type for every. single. one.
* Updated mulebot to use new navbeacon codes.
* Re-activate patrolling! With the new navbeacons, bots with will_patrol can follow the patrol navbeacons.
* Note: various "should_patrol" variables on each bot type unified under /mob/living/bot/var/will_patrol
* Securitrons (beepsky) got an overhaul to the new patrol routing.
* Note: BayStation replaced the snowflake handcuffs code with acutal handcuffs. Polaris handcuffs requiere a grab to work, so are more complicated. Kept our existing attack code.
* Behavior procs reorganized to use better movement detection and just be more flexible.
* Floorbot fixes & removal of bridgemode
* Floorbot will now remove & replace broken floor tiles.
* Floorbot will no longer decide its okay to pave over all of SPACE.
* For the moment patching hull breaches is disabled, it is too laggy.
* Sundry bugfixes to all bots
* Use forceMove() instead of setting loc
* Use "\The [X]" message strings.
* Pass target to do_after() when doing something to a target.
* Fixed events that were supposed to emag bots to now do so again.
-New wraith sprites by TankNut!
-Decreased flare duration, again(!)
-Made a based interact proc and changed the updateDialog to call that instead of attack_hand. This caused issues with the APC and getting the power cell out of it. I then changed all machines that had their own defined proc (that was everywhere)

-Atmos delay is now based on active players, to help fight lag for massive player rounds.
-Changed some for(blah in world) loops to use the correct lists.

>Replaced dd_text2list, dd_text2listcase, tg_text2listcase and tg_text2list with text2list and text2listEx. text2list will return a list of each and every character in the string if you set separator=""
>added return_file_text(filepath) which returns text from a file after doing some checks: does the file exist? is the file empty? It prints helpful error messages to the world.log if it runs into problems
>Replaced dd_file2list(filepath, seperator) with file2list(filepath, seperator). It just calls text2list(return_file_text(filepath), seperator). rather than copypasta
>Replaced time_stamp() so it's not as retarded
>Lots of the world setup stuff uses file2list now, rather than file2text -> sanity -> text2list
>Added error() warning() testing() procs. These print messages to world.log with a prefix. e.g. ## ERROR: msg.

Split a bunch of procs in helpers.dm into new files:
-helper_list
-helper_text
-helper_type2type
These files are sorted into groups internally. Hopefully people will make it easier for people to find useful procs.
I've added comments to a good chunk of these procs as well explaining what they do.
I've removed a few unused or unnecessary procs and fixed up a couple that were not working as intended.
I've also moved a mob proc 'get_equipped_items()' into mob/inventory.
All of the non-helper.dm files (besides mob/inventory.dm) are the result of fixing duplicate procs. It seems that there used to be text searching procs where one was case sensitive and one was not, and at some point someone removed the case-sensitivity of the case sensitive procs. I've re-added the case-sensitivity and as a result, I've had to go through extra files and ensure that they were calling the proper proc.

-Redid icons to be more optimized at compile by setting icon = 'icons/folder/icon.dmi' instead of just icon = 'icon.dmi', meaning that Dream Maker doesn't have to search through every single file for every single .dmi. This shouldn't lead to any errors because of how I went about it, plus the fact that Dream Maker would have freaked out if I screwed something up. Also moved around 2 icons that weren't sorted well.

- Hopefully this will cut down on the server spamming/crashing escapades happening on other servers. (This wont stop that from happening, this just makes it less severe)
- Some of the sanitizes were probably unnecessary, but better safe then sorry.
Added MAX_NAME_LEN constant which is initialized to 26.
- Please use MAX_NAME_LEN instead of typing in 26 when cutting inputs short. 26's are annoying when they have to be changed and you have to hunt through over a hundred files and tens of thousands of lines of code to find them all.
Moved uplink_kits.dm to code/game/objects/storage
Moved uplinks.dm to code/game/objects
- The stuff inside uplinks.dm could really be chopped up and split into separate dm files but this will do for now.

When you create code that asks the user for an input consider whether or not it gets shown to the user through html or the like.
If it does please sanatize() or strip_html() it. Also use copytext() to cutoff spam by using MAX_NAME_LEN and MAX_MESSAGE_LEN as the cutoff var.

Radio was optimized even more. Still have some reserves.
Restored admin verb "Radio Report". It shows some signs of errors on the map, but I am too tired to fix it now.
Optimized player login (that "400000 calls of new_player/Move" bug).
Various optimizations and fixes in radio code.

Lag reduced by approx 30% (0.5 seconds of total 1.5 on my system).
Some air alarms on the map copypasted from toxins one, with its special settings.
Added list of used frequencies and HOW IT WORKS section to communications.dm. Sorry for some engrish.

If you look at your PDA window, there should be an option to stick an ID in, like with some computers.
While carrying an ID, a PDA can be used for almost everything an ID can.
While ID scanners can read cards through a PDA, it is difficult to shove a PDA into the ID slot on some computers.
It is possible I missed some functions, but I was quite thorough in my sweep through the code.
In the event of PDA destruction, any inserted ID is ejected unharmed.
It is now possible to stick PDAs in your jumpsuit's ID slot.
Since PDAs are named, you can disguise yourself as someone else using one.
Beepsky/ED-209 can see through a PDA disguise if you stick your real ID in for access.
