4778ea465d Makes human move proc use species hunger factor instead of default. 
-Overrides the default forcing carbon move proc for humans to use species/traits hunger factor instead.
-Bigger hunger factor now burns more flab on running and smaller should burn less.
-Hopefully. Not sure if it actually manages to override the default proc values or just add to them. Anyway we're talking about heckin' miniscule numbers here, the default drain being 0.005 (default / 10) so the difference is next to nonexistent and therefore below the error margins I could detect on test runs hah.

bd8f96f4e1 Some ear stuff and hair tweaks. 
-Added separate dual colorable vulpkanin ears.
-Converted colorable cat, fox, fennec, and mouse ears to dual color multiply format.
-Converted fox and solid mouse ears to multiply format.
-Made antlers multiply colorable.
-Applied the style-independent improved contrast tweaks to human_face_vr.

3b5da0f1fa Adds toggleable hunger growls to vore panel. 
-Disabled by default.
-One tile range as with the other bellynoises.
-10% chance to manifest when "extremely hungry", same but a little louder when "starving".

5e188dc397 Makes the metabolism traits actually affect hunger. 
-Corrected some misinformation.
-Yeah they weren't doing jack shit to hunger rates or anything, only reagent processing while the separately handled slop contents were slow as ever.
-Slightly slower for slow, Teshari level for high, and something beyond for apex guts aye.

1cb7f36c6c Adds new organization-specific locations in the tracon module 
and misc tweaks.

1) Adds systems with lore and trade with SCG to the generic destinations list

2)Gives Vey-Med some Skrell-focused destinations

3)Gives Heph some millitary destinations

4)Gives Morpheus trade with Shelf

5)Strips out the "Icarus" generic ship name and the NDV Icarus Nanotrasen destination. Suddenly this word has a lot of history and I somehow don't see NT naming a ship after the political party they're bitterly opposed to
