Installs the new mecha-sensor in the departure area airlocks and the shuttle itself.
...
Also corrects the online icon state for the sensor and allows the simple docking controller to toggle the on/off state.

Adds default values for some docking tags

Simplifies the mapping of docking controllers by cutting down on the
number of tags needed to be entered.

Now both server and client will to undock concurrently. It looks much
more natural.
