-Some general spaghetti merging, fixing, and trimming.
-Guard otie's gut now starts out safe upon bellybrigging.
-Toned down some shitty meme speak.
-You can now trade in donuts in order to retrieve the bellybrigged harmlessly.
-Remember to set them off arrest first tho or you'll be needing some backup donuts :v

Gives grubs a 20% change to emp a synth weakly. This is supposed to give grubs a leg up on synths that are usually quite robust when it comes to fighting mobs in general, especially when it comes to spiders.

Fixes the resting issues and pre-tames the mail order pups

-Yeah now the resting action should only happen in idle stance to begin with.
-Also now enemy detection contains a call to get up if resting.
-"Friendly" mail order oties now come pre-tamed kinda like the guard version.
-They still don't like actions that trigger mob retaliation in general so only pet with a friendly hand lmao

-With the lack of any in-depth borkage documentation, I felt like staying with my earlier point of the big issues being likely caused by vast numbers of these feature heavy snowflake mobs being spawned for wilderness cannonfodder en masse, which the current wildernessless build would rule out for better troubleshooting.
-People had been missing these in IC near my chars in multiple occasions recently and I didn't have the heart to tell em they were gone lmao.
-Only available via cargo orders now.
