Behemoth, The Unstoppable
-A version of the behemoth with hopefully lower reflection vaules, diffrent Ai, and I can actually take seriouslly as a boss.
Makes ai controlled carbonmobs stop processing their ai when there are no players on the level like all the simplemobs already do. No more roundstart combat runtimes and things are now a bit more fair for the helpless paused mobs at the mercy of these rampaging carbons in the wilderness
Swoopie's now got proper idle emotes instead of corrupt hound ones.
Also AI controlled Swoopie mob will now attempt to pick up and consume mice and trash items off the floor.
The restrictions were added to prevent gamers using bellies for unga gear storage. It would be pretty damn silly for someone to use a big fucking bird for that lol
-Added support for simplemobs to use modular vore belly overlay system.
-Added a new kind of locally proessed speed belly feature to utilize mob life ticks (3 times faster than global bellies subsystem)
-Added a full SWOOPIE XL simplemob, utilizing the crap out of forementioned features, using the modular belly overlays and 4-part "animated" autotransfer tube neck utilizing mob life processing to make it nice and smooth (compared to minimum 6 second pauses between subsystem processing).
-Arranged some chomp vars into chomp file.
-And fixed player control bigdragons spawning with duplicate vorgan setups.

Adds a verb to IC tab that lets you hide/show headset sprite on your char. (Hella eyesore on large chars looking like someone stapled a whole-ass parking ticket on their cheek lmao)
Also fixes an indentation crime while at it.
-Adds markings for thick neck (2 sizes and extra for throat coloring)
-Adds colorable versions of the troll horns that were never useful for anything else due to forced color.
-Fixes elf ears missing sprites (todo: upstream pr if i can be arsed to)
