Adds ice pick sprites, Polishes Exploration vessel,
Adds some fluf in form of board.
Fixes all holodecks for main holodeck.
Adds trader shuttle LZ, and ERT shuttle LZ to cryogaia.
Adds Vox raider LZ's, and 1/4 of Syndi shuttle LZs.
Adds new yellow trailblazers.
Finishes up atmos and power in exploration wing.

Hawk_v3 bad953b75f Dogborgs now don't have Brutal Predation. 
Medidogborgs now have bandages/ointment/splints to fix external bleeding. - Since Standard Borgs can, I see no objection.

Insekt models have been re-enabled on all cyborgs, the sprites vanished at some point and are now back, so, yay.

-Fixes protean regeneration not working at all.
-Fixes not being able to get metal as blob.
-Fixes unblobbing as custom size breaking vertical offset.
-Adds a general use loadout fluff vest planned for a prottie char.
-Fixes blobmob being slow due to mob update movement delays.
-Gives protties trasheat verb.

Soulcatchers were trying to periodically backup the caught mind but stumbling into runtimes because the mind backups were relying on humanmob exclusive gender var that the brainmobs did not have.
