Item's attack_hand proc wasn't calling the item to be picked up if it was in your inventory, which meant that the lights couldn't update properly. By calling pickup, even if the mob was taking it from their own inventory, I was able to get the lights to update properly. I've tested all items that used /pickup and they all worked correctly, apart from tray which never worked correctly as I then tested it on the online servers. I'll create an issue report for that later.
-The crew monitor will now detect mobs that are inside a content of an object, such as a locker. I also made it so that it only detected mobs on the same z level as the computer itself, so people on the away missions and what not will not be able to see the crew member's on the station.
-Updated the changelog about my last commit, before this one.

- You will now never loop into the same z-level on transition. So if you are exiting the derelict z-level, you won't re-enter the derelict z-level on the other side.

The path has changed from /obj/item/weapon/mousetrap to /obj/item/device/assembly/mousetrap
Deleted mousetraps.dm, and removed the original define from weapon.dm
Added a new /obj/item proc, on_found(). It's called when pockets are emptied, and whenever someone looks in a storage item. Currently used only by mousetraps and facehuggers~
Updated the map with path changes.
Updated the changelog.

Artifacts and strange rock formations spawn during world gen. Frequency
may need tweaking.
Strange rocks melt when acid hits them due to what I assume are changes
/tg/ made with how acid works. Alternately I missed something during
copypasta spree. I'll muck with it later. For now, harvesting always
works with applied welding tools.
Ore boxes back to old beautiful selves. Re-added a few icons to
mining.dmi and the strange rock icon to turfs.dmi
-Made a proc which will select active candidates.
BALANCE STUFF
-Acid is less random.
-Humans being disarmed by Aliens is no longer a random duration, instead it is a constant 10, instead of the random 10 to 15.
-Facehugger throw range was reduced to 5.
-Laying eggs costs 75 plasma (from 50) and secreting resin costs 75 plasma (from 100).
-Reduced stun duration of Alien disarm to Cyborgs. From 10 to 7.

-Fixed a bug where you couldn't talk into intercoms while it is dark.
-AIs can now type in the "track with camera" verb and get a list of names to show up. This can save time if the AI needs to track an individual.
-Deleted the old AI move.

-You can insert the Auth Disk by clicking on the nuclear bomb.
-Changed how aliens are selected. It will filter the list of possible candidates by checking for players who aren't inactive for more than a minute. If no possible candidates are found, it increases the filter by another minute. It does this 5 times before giving up.
-Alien embryos cannot have carriers and they are more likely to infect someone.
-The time it takes before a larva bursts is increased a bit.

Hive Channel/Hive Absorb. Allows you to share your DNA with other changelings, very expensive chemical wise to absorb (download), not so much to channel (upload)! You cannot achieve your objective by sharing DNA.
Mimic Voice! You can form your voice of a name you enter. You won't look like them but when you talk, people will hear the name of who you selected. While you're mimicing, you can't regenerate chemicals.
Extract DNA! A power that allows you to silently sting someone and take their DNA! Meaning you do not have to absorb someone to become them. Extracting their DNA doesn't count towards completing your objectives.
Misc:
New livingmob proc GetVoice(), used by changeling mimicing and voice changers. Will return the name of the voice that should be heard by people.
Got rid of the chance to "feel" like someone isn't who they are.
Commented the check for someone's gender being incorrect in life. Looks like the bug hasn't re-occured since it was put in place.

-Fire made more deadly, as the flames will add more damage and a fire can spread more quickly.
-Fire can break windows now, meaning they can potentially extinguish themselves by opening a window to space.
-Increased the delay for atmos to process a cell and airgroup, will help with the lag for 50 player servers.
-Minor tweaks were made.
--Plasma needing a bit more before displaying its overlay.
--Pressure can now damage you at 550 kPA. This was because it wasn't viable to set the pumps to over-pressurize a room and potentially kill people.
--High pressure warning shows at 325.

-Observer following is cancelled when there's no client.
-Made facehuggers/eggs a little smarter. They won't try to go after people with masks covering their mouths (as that kills them), however when they're thrown they will still try to attach to the person.
-Improved alien stats(). You'll be able to see the max plasma and larva will see the escape shuttle.
-Blessing with a fire extinguisher wasn't working because of the volume check. Removed the check.

-Aliens now take damage when they are in a hot environment.
-Aliens now take more damage from fire damage. ( * 1.5 the amount)
-Alien facehuggers are always active and they'll latch onto people who walk by them, and not just walk on them. Commented out "activate facehuggers".
-Eggs will now open to nearby possible hosts. If they're still nearby, the facehugger will latch onto them. New icons by WJohnston.
-Aliens will now see the shuttle ETA.
-Drones can't evolve into queens/princesses if there's already an alive queen.
-Made queen heal a little bit faster (5 to 10). The queen was regenerating at the same rate as her underlings, and the queen is much more important now.
-Moved some copy+pasted stuff into the "mob/living/carbon/alien" class, so larva and humanoids shared stuff.
-Disarming a cyborg stuns them a little longer.
Added a piece of paper on the DJ station that helps people setup the telecommunication machines there and listen onto private frequencies.

- Readded Volume Pumps - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Readded Passive Gates - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Readded Heat Exchangers - now they work as intended and are constructable
- Added Heater - to warm up gasses to 300C
- Adjusted volumes on big tanks and portable pumps to 2000 and 1200 respectably
- Pipe dispensers can produce the readded pieces.
- Pipe construction code updated to compesate for the new items
