ccb3e306f4 Moved Boom Boom Shake The Room to a separate tab (no misclicks on my watch). 
Added the ability for the captain to globally announce shit via the comms console.

324882f966 Monkey crate! 20 points = 5 monkeys, for food and genetic experiments.

6cc0c0a43e Testing an upgraded changeling neurotoxin dart, works like a ranged sleepypen. This will get changed back quickly if it turns out to be ridiculously overpowered. Also, changed 'sythe-like arm' to 'scythe-like arm'.

a9c3178c7e Admins can now track who killswitched a cyborg. 
The roboticist terminal now lets you see what AI a cyborg is linked to.

The global cyborg killswitch now properly updates when stopped mid-timer.

31914a2704 Cleaned up toy.dm a bit. 
Cyborgs now give "has been hit by the foam dart" messages when hit.

The toy sword and blink toy are now separate items instead of renamed/re-iconed teleport beacons/cardboard tubes.

The toy sword now acts more like a real sword in terms of its blade.

The blink toy still does nothing.
