a9c3178c7e Admins can now track who killswitched a cyborg. 
The roboticist terminal now lets you see what AI a cyborg is linked to.

The global cyborg killswitch now properly updates when stopped mid-timer.

The timer does not start until the AI starts it
  Starting the timer causes a CentComm report
  Humans can see the timer when it starts

31914a2704 Cleaned up toy.dm a bit. 
Cyborgs now give "has been hit by the foam dart" messages when hit.

The toy sword and blink toy are now separate items instead of renamed/re-iconed teleport beacons/cardboard tubes.

The toy sword now acts more like a real sword in terms of its blade.

The blink toy still does nothing.

b8c40cfca5 Malf AIs now need at least three APCs hacked for the timer to progress. 
APCs have 1/3rd the effect on malf timer as before.

f339792009 Gave AI Malfunction a makeover. 
The AI now has to actually do stuff to win!
    Malf AIs now have the ability to hack APCs.
    The timer does not start until at least one station APC is hacked.
    The hack takes 60 seconds (give or take lag), and the AI is unable to interact with other objects during the process.
    The more APCs you hack, the faster the timer goes.
  This change is very much experimental, and subject to change/being erased from the annals of time.

15118fb23b Added riot shields. Block bullets a large percent of the time, and blunt objects just as much as armor does. Also readded riot crate in QM. I did the inhand sprites, yay.
